THERAPY AND COACHING IN MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE AND ONLINE
Clinical psychology for what gets in the way
Therapy
If you’ve been through a serious accident, illness, medical emergency or assault, or watched someone you love go through one, everyday life can feel harder than it used to. Painful memories, intense emotions, struggling to focus at work. Therapy can help you recover and feel more like yourself again.
Coaching
Sometimes it isn’t something that happened. You’re capable, you know what you want to do, and you’re still not moving on it. More thinking hasn’t helped. Coaching helps you see what’s getting in the way and respond to it differently, so you can build what’s next.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I help people rebuild after trauma or major life changes and build what’s next.
I’ll help you move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to finding more clarity and control, and then more of the life that matters to you.
Life can throw something huge and unexpected at any of us – and when it does, it can shake everything. You might find yourself questioning things you once felt sure about, even your sense of who you are.
I believe people can heal and recover after even the most devastating experiences. With the right support, they can regain control, face challenges with more confidence, and start to feel like themselves again.
I specialise in integrating EMDR and ACT to help people process the past, build flexibility in how they respond to difficult thoughts and feelings, and reconnect with what’s important to them.
I love seeing the shift when people move from feeling stuck to living more fully.

What working together looks like
Therapy and coaching are tailored to you, and I’ll help you choose what fits. Here’s how we can get started:

Start with a single session
Sixty minutes to focus on the main difficulty and look at possible ways forward. It can be the start of therapy, or a standalone session if you’re not sure yet what you need.
Not sure whether it’s therapy or coaching? Get in touch and I’ll suggest what fits.

One to One Therapy
Many people find that weekly sessions provide the right balance of support and momentum, especially in the early stages. We’ll agree a plan that suits you, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly, or something else.

EMDR Intensive Therapy
An EMDR intensive condenses your therapy into fewer, longer sessions. Tailored to your needs, it can help you work on a specific issue in fewer hours and over a shorter time than weekly sessions.

Psychological Coaching
For capable people who already know what needs to happen. The difficulty is doing it once something starts to matter. I help you see the pattern that’s keeping you stuck, and change how you respond to it, so you can move.
